Police need to do the bait-bike sting here. I’d rather they not just leave the bike unlocked tho, to keep things fair they should lock it w/ the cheesiest cable lock you can get. Put a $3000 dollar bike out and send the perp up for grand theft. There are a finite number of bike thieves, if you take them off the streets bikes are far less likely to get nicked. Remember, they used to hang horse thieves.
I didn’t know Pima County was involved with Complete Streets. That’s cool. Anyone know if the city of Tucson is as well?
