Theft description: Left at the bus stop while I went into Target for some food and it was gone when  I came out. The only person around was a white male with long blonde hair, dark back pack, headphones wearing a green shirt that said “Keep Austin Weird.” Average size (not short or tall, not thin or fat). The bike has new black seat and grip tape since the photo was taken.
