Police identified and arrested a man in connection with Sunday’s hit and run.
According to a release on the Tucson Police Department’s Facebook page, Troy Gosnell, 46, was arrested for a felony hit and run and aggravated assault.
According to the release, the victim is recovering from the crash.
Good news! I doubt the arrest rate on crimes like hit and run is very high.
