Here’s how it will work. You may submit two photos by emailing them with a caption tobicycletucson@gmail.com. We’ll post the photos in a gallery and open up voting on August 17.
In addition to reader’s favorites we will ask a professional photographer to weigh in on his or her favorite photos.
