Arizona is a sad 19th in 2015, down from 15th place in 2014. What is even more disturbing, that in 2008 Arizona ranked 3rd, and has steadily fallen in the rankings since.
@katalinscherer Agree. There would be riots or something if any of the state’s basketball (etc.) teams fell so far, so fast and for so long. Arizona has a very atomistic and ignorant culture concentrated in Maricopaland that drags the rest of the state down in very many clever ways.
